1. Acceptance
By accessing or using ZipWalk you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
ZipWalk is a web-based platform for property inspection workflows. It enables users to conduct room-by-room inspections, capture photos and notes, generate reports, and share results via secure links.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise security
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
- Scrape, crawl, or automated-access the service beyond normal use
- Impersonate another person or entity
5. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of all content you upload (photos, notes, inspection data). By using ZipWalk you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the service.
6. Shared Reports
When you create a share link for a report, anyone with the link (and optional password) can view it. You are responsible for managing access. ZipWalk is not liable for unintended disclosure resulting from shared links.
7. Pricing & Billing
ZipWalk offers a free Starter plan and paid subscription tiers (Pro and Business). Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZipWalk and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits.
9. Warranty Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
